Michael Alker is a graduate of the Loyola University School of Law and was admitted to practice law in 1996 in the State of Louisiana. His areas of practice include Insurance Defense, Subrogation, Products Liability, Premises Liability, Business Law, Contracts, Litigation, Leases and Leasing.



Michael Tusa is a graduate of the Louisiana State University Law School and was admitted to practice law in 1983 in the State of Louisiana. His areas of practice include Labor and Employment, Corporate Law, and Mergers and Acquisitions.



Jim Rather graduated Order of the Coif from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 1998. His practice focuses on trucking and transportation, products liability, complex commercial litigation and premises liability. As an Adjunct Instructor at Tulane University in New Orleans, he has taught litigation to undergraduate students in the pre-law and paralegal programs.
